The tonkotsu tajima ramen ‘23 with a yummy broth was very slurpable - it came with a generous portion of tender meat. The broth of my chicken ramen tasted was a bit oily though. The vegan ramen and chicken chashu fried rice got big thumbs up, ditto the spicy sesame ramen. The spicy salmon poke bowl, however, was just so so.
